If something is to high up- you can't reach it and buy it frequently they won't put it lower- you always have to go get help from a employee to climb up on a latter. Annoying. If they are constantly out of something due to high demand they don't keep extra in stock. Sometimes turtles and other animals there are not checked on often, get stuck repeatedly or cat litter boxes of cats for adoption are often not emptied often enough. Employees say they will do it later. Have one very friendly cashier who I love and visit this store only when I need a emergency supply of things I know will usually be there or need cat stuff that I need every two or three months that's found there. They do have a large amount of items to select from for both cats, dogs, rabbits, birds, that you need to get started or want upgraded items such as water fountain bowls for cats and dogs- besides just food.
