Bluemercury — Attraction in Austin

I came there hoping to find a new perfume. The sale associate offered assistance and briefed on 3 brands they have to offer. I looked forward the process, however, i must say it wasn’t easy. Somehow, wearing mask while smelling different perfumes just doesn’t work. Unless, maybe, its that knocking out NYC-designer-name-i-dont-remember line i was told is the best seller. Interesting choice, ATX! But i did my best, kept the mask on and lifted to smell the stripe. At sine point one of the sale associates made a comment that i should be able to smell without doing so. I guess, i could ask her to demonstrate, but i didn’t. I also didn’t appreciate her suggestion and find it brainless. Although there shouldn’t be a reason, i walked out of the store with a sense of relief. Talking later with my husband, who also was there and walked out even earlier, brought up a realization that we didn’t felt welcomed. Over and above. I am rating this store for the stellar customer service received by Camden. Leaving for an International trip, I neglected to replenish this important skincare product in my regimen. I searched for retail stores that carried the product. The only results were bluemercury. The store I called did not carry it but she offered to call a couple of other bluemercury stores for me. That was great customer service as well. She found a store in Austin, TX and I am in the Houston area. I called and spoke with Camden. I explained that I planned to drive there. Needed my product before this trip. After a few minutes, he called me back and offered to try to locate the item closer to me. Guess what? He did!! A spa in Houston just 25 minutes away carried it and had it in stock. Camden, you provided the best customer service experience I have ever...

I love this store!!! I have been going to the Blue Mercury in both Westlake and Great Hills locations and every visit I have had has been wonderful! The employees are so well informed of their products and know what to recommend for specific skin issues!

The most recent visit I had was a day ago at this location with Nick. He was awesome!! I tried the products he recommended me and my acne has already cleared TREMENDOUSLY in the two times I have applied it. I have never ever seen a product do this and I have had acne in my life for over seven years....
