This park is beautiful with trees everywhere, however there is no shade coverage over the splash pad or the playground. The park seemed extremely clean and even the garbage cans seemed to be emptied recently.
The playground itself is great for you get kids learning to walk or toddlers as long as you go early in the morning before the sun has a chance to heat up the equipment. Because the whole playground and swings are in direct sunlight the surfaces were way too hot for little ones at 12pm today (late May).
The splash pad is also super friendly for little ones as it has a couple spots that have very low fountains and lots of space but it is in direct sunlight with no shade so it's not safe to be in for long with...
