I have truly nothing bad to say. I’ve been here twice in about a year. It’s easy to get to. The location is inside the health plaza, on the side of the hospital. As soon as you drive in, make an immediate right to get to the front door. It’s on the third floor, suite 340. Take elevator.
I made an appointment for my most recent visit. I checked in to my appointment while I was in my car. As soon as I walked to the front, I was notified that they were ready for me. I came in, lady at the front greeted me by name, and I gave her my printed order. She directed me to the room where she would be doing the lab work. Within 5-6 mins, I walked in, did all my lab work and was walking out of the elevator. I went early in the morning (8am). There was no one else waiting, the place was empty.
I assume all the bad reviews are of people not scheduling appointments or not properly squaring away their payments or orders to make sure it’s there and that payments were settled. Big mistake. Be prepared always. I have always made appointments for lab work and always get seen at my selected time. Never a wait. If you go when no one else will go (like early in the am) I can almost guarantee that you will have minimal to no wait times.
If you value your time, I suggest that you make an appointment. My time is worth a substantial amount, and I dare not get caught in a situation where it gets wasted. It doesn’t take much effort to make an appointment online.
Will be back if I need more work, and will recommend to...
Read moreWhoever the receptionist is (I’m assuming Heather), is plain rude. We came here for my mom as she needed to do a drug test and I was going to translate for her if necessary. I actually called this location and received no answer, it said to leave a message and my number so I did — no one called back so I decided to drive over there to ask them a question as it was time sensitive. Before I could even tell her that I had a question, she told me to sign in, so I assumed it was necessary to just for questions as well but it wasn’t the case — we signed in and waited for no reason, no problem. Came in the next day and she was plain rude to my mom. My mom’s English is limited and Ms. Heather got an attitude with her because she didn’t understand where to put her initials. She gave no further instructions or comments after my mom finished so I decided to ask her if we’re set to go but she wouldn’t even make eye contact so we left. Man, why work in this field if you’re just going to be rude?! Other than that, the location is good and at least the other workers within the building are nice. If you’re a non native English speaker, don’t bother coming here unless you want to get snapped at by this miserable lady. Please consider hiring kinder workers, especially ones that are more understanding of non-native English...

The front desk/nurse Richard felt like a robot, doing his job, yet not great at all. When I asked a question, his answer would be just yes or no. Felt like he hated his job and us - patients.
My vein was barely touched with alcohol, not a proper preparation. When he punctured for the draw it hurt, quite a lot of blood came out to the surface. While drawing, he was moving a lot, so it hurt every move. I tried to apply pressure when he was done and before he put the band on. He said I didn’t have to do it. It hurts man, and I’m pretty sure I will be left with a bruise there. He had barely enough tape to go around my arm, it barely circled around. I thought, he would take a new roll and cover better. But no, that was it. When I bent my arm, the whole thing came to be a thin string and blood was all over. So I asked him to change it as he was leaving the room. Not a single word came out of his mouth. He took off the band and put a simple band aid on….
This lab is the least human interactive lab I had to experience. I’ve gone to quite a few for the past several months. I also donate blood on a regular basis. Wish, I never have a nurse like the one that works...
