Ramazan you are an amazing person!

This store helped me get my phone back that I was tracking on find my iphone.

I am literally typing this review on my retrieved phone that an employee working here by the name of Ramazan helped me recover and ship back to South Georgia.

My poor iphone 13 pro was stolen in Puerto Rico and somehow wound up in Austin Texas. These people helped me do something police made so complicated by requiring me to come in person!

That is a pretty expensive roundtrip ticket for a possibility…

This establishment helped me move mountains on my mission to retrieve my phone on my own.. and for that I am very grateful!

When I saw the phone appear at the Lakeline Mall - I quickly called all 3 stores and told them what I thought was about to happen.( someone sell my phone). And offered 100$ since it was apple locked anyway, in an attempt to retrieve my phone. I would obviously cover shipping.

Ramazan was swift to text me after securing possession of the phone!

I hope this detailed review along with my tip is enough to encourage anyone in the world including Ramazan to continue to do good in the world.

If we continuously pour out good, then people doing bad will seem more out of order.

And

Should I mention never steal an apple device.. ( GOOGLE FIND MY NETWORK) they are locatable 24/7 no sim card or juice in the battery needed. Also the 13s and up are satellite enabled phones.

I recommend everyone to use E SIM so the location is 100% more precise and live! Although it will always be within 100ft radius anyway. Which is pretty small. Although I located my device very well without a sim card in it.

And of course.. I would highly recommend doing business with these honest folks.

I needed to change my battery which I bought for $25 on Amazon for my HP Envy. Seemed like a pretty simple and cheap solution as I'm not ready to buy a new laptop yet. Welp, I unscrewed all the visible screws on the bottom of the laptop but the base would not come off, so I pried it off.....which was a bad idea. Once I got it off, a few things naturally came loose, one piece even snapped in half, now I was in trouble.

For all you HP users that don't know this, there are HIDDEN screws under the lower rubber piece. I tried to put everything back together but now my laptop wasn't reading the Boot Drive. Enter Star Electronics, I found them on google and they are literally half a mile from me. All the reviews about their service and prices are accurate! I was lucky enough to he helped by Ramazan, who told me he'd do his best to recover my Hard Drive for $80 (a brand new hard drive was only $40 more). My laptop is my life, and I was very nervous about a self inflicted fatal error.

Thankfully Ramazan was able to recover my hard drive and got me my laptop back good as new in about 5 hours!! Highly recommend them for any electronic repair, their shop in the Lakeline Mall is really nice too! Thank you Star Electronics you...

These guys are solid, and they take pride in what they do. I had a conversation with one of the employees, and he mentioned how they love helping people out, and I could see that today. I came in to trade my iPhone SE and Apple Watch to attempt to buy an iPad, and as I knew would probably happen, I fell a little short in how much they asked for. Immediately, one of the men asked, "could you put any money up for one if I helped you out?" I was unable to meet the number that he proposed, but he still proceeded with how much I could pay (which wasn't much unfortunately).

These men are the real deal, and they know exactly what they're doing. I could see them working hard in the back, and their heart for the customer in the front is completely evident. Will be coming here from here on out for both device purchases, and repairs alike, as I could clearly see that they are hyper-qualified to preform those as well. Customer service like this, as well as sweet deals like that are not only incredibly rare right now, but it also shows that they...
