I only went to this location because the one closest to me closed and I have not had a great experience. I took my rings in to get fixed (the small diamonds fall out all the time and this is at least my 4th time fixing) and usually I get it back quickly (from the other location) but I'm now going on over a month and still don't have my rings. Every time I speak with someone they tell me a few more days (i.e. was supposed to be ready the 22nd, then the 24th, then spoke to them on the 25th and was told a few more days...and I still don't have it). I never had this issue at the last location and have already missed family holiday pictures without my rings and have no idea when I will actually get them back. They also gave inconsistent information when I asked if they could be overnighted when done due to the delay. I was originally told that the location they fix them is located close so I could get them same day once complete but then when I spoke to the other lady on the 25th I was told it would be shipped and take a few days. Please give me my rings back! LOL I won't return to this location.
Edit:: I ended up getting my rings back on Friday. Today is Wed and I noticed that a diamond is already gone. I went back and they had no interest in trying to expedite the repair. So now I will have to wait until after the holidays to mess...

We have always had good customer service since we bought our ring but not until we met The manager kjel Johnson at lake like who is absolutely horrible. We came to the store to have a cleaning and inspection and upon inspection a diamond was missing. The manager stated he could not find any documentation for the ring which we have been customers for numerous years. He also stated the system is never accurate and states he cannot even find the purchase of his own wife’s ring he got 3 months. He blames us that we don’t inspect our ring but the diamond store is suppose to keep accurate records at all times for the warranty but look their system failed. He says there is nothing the store will do and blames us. Please I am telling everyone please do not buy a ring from here you will regret it in the long run. He refuses to let us talk to the district manager which I will be waiting to hear from them.
Do yourself a favor and buy a ring where the store...
Read moreWent to Zales for my 6 month jewlery inspection. Arrived at 11 when store opens. Still at.11:25 still not open. 3 employees inside not acknowledging my presence. I got the attention of an employee who just held up fingers. 10 minutes later door opens and she says I'll be with you in a little bit. Seriously I've been waiting 35 minutes for store to open and now your going to make me wait? I voiced my frustration only to be told they have to open the rest of the doors. There's THREE employees there! Someone can help me while you open door!! Christina who apparently was the manager was rude and very unprofessional. If I had been acknowledged standing outside and told how much longer I'd have to wait; all would have been good. Another customer came while I was waiting and called them about what time they opened. She too didn't get a satisfied answer.. put someone in control with better business skills! I will do my jewlery...
