Raw Juce - Aventura — Restaurant in Aventura

I waited nearly 30 min for two bowls.

Four customers came in after me AND left with their orders, and multiple pick up orders were being packed while I was waiting in store all while I was sitting in front of the counter. I really try not to leave any bad reviews as I try to solve problems in-house, but I was exhausted this morning so unfortunately, I’ve resorted to this.

10ish min in - I noticed a couple of people have come and gone. I think mines about to come out.

15ish min in - no activity. One guy is working on app orders. One girl is restocking the items in the front fridge. And I notice the guy who took my order is on his phone.

20ish min in - I asked about my bowls, they searched for my order, didn’t say anything and started working on my bowls. They didn’t even give reason as to why they didn’t have them done.

27ish min in - I left the store. It took them all but 6-7 min to make my bowls.

At this point, there was no one else in the store. The girl gave a quick, dry “sorry for the wait”, placed my bag on the counter and went to the back (didn’t even wait for me to get it from her), and the other employees didn’t say a thing as I left.

Still no explanation as to why my bowls took long.

To top it all off, one of my acai bowls was overfilling and dripping all over the bag, and almost got on my car seat when I took it out to inspect it. I wish I took more pics, but like I said, I’m exhausted and now upset. If could give this place zero...

Consumer beware ! Very disturbing experience yesterday 10/09/23 around 6PM a short blonde girl i believe Victoria began my horror trip here by first taking my order impatiently as if she was agitated by my presence. the shocker after i ordered i sat outside and waited after about 12 minutes i happened to walk back inside and gazed over and witnessed her handling a filthy mop she then proceeded to grab a plastic container for my juice all while dipping the same contaminated glove inside the ingredient containers to grab the small scoop putting everyone at risk pure and utterly disturbing sick and inhumane of her to carry on such an act in a place where everyone should know better and have certain handling practices instilled in them considering cost and location of the joint although this shouldn't happen anywhere however she did accept guilt and i had mer make me another while i had to babysit her to make sure she acted in fair and kindness practices i will be seeking council regarding this manner she or the entire place should be fined for this childish negligence im requesting to be contacted by higher authority...

I’ve been a loyal Raw Juce customer for years, always choosing them over other juice bars because they prioritized organic ingredients. But lately, I’ve noticed that organic options—especially for berries—are nearly impossible to get. It’s really disappointing, and I hope they reconsider their sourcing.

One of the main reasons people seek out fresh juices and smoothies is for their health benefits, and consuming conventionally grown produce—especially berries—means exposure to harmful pesticides. Studies have shown that many of these chemicals can contribute to hormone disruption, neurological issues, and even long-term health risks. In a country where pesticide regulations are often weaker than in other parts of the world, organic produce is more important than ever.

I truly love Raw Juce and want to keep supporting them, but I hope they return to using organic fruits consistently, especially for high-pesticide items like berries. Please listen to your...
