Specifically, we went to Williams-Sonoma. This store is a gem and their sales associates are the most knowledgeable in the business. I went in with the intention of purchasing a mini Kitchen Aid mixer. My favorite sales lady, Carol, who has never misled me or over-sold me, told me the hype over the tiny mixer was actually misleading. So, we went with the full size. This was an engagement gift for my son and his fiancee. I was happy with her help and the gift was well received. I know they will enjoy it for many years.

Staff was rude & hardly at her desk. I came down 4 times & every single time she wasn't there. The cleaning staff were so loud in the morning, bumping the carts repeatedly trying to get in doorways. I waited for 15 minutes before she arrived and her demeanor was as if I was an inconvenience. No friendly smile welcome, or apology. When I came back down to ask for sugar, again I felt as if I was bothering her. Bad customer service from her.
