Cross Keys has The Store, Ltd., the best Gift Shop in the area! They have a wonderful selection of unique items and gorgeous hand crafted jewelry. There's also one of the best art galleries in Baltimore and, if you need a little something for the kitchen, there's a large Williams and Sonoma store. Stop in at The Village Cafe or Scoozi Restaurant for a bite to eat or a drink.

I stayed here over a holiday weekend. This is a slightly older hotel and needs a tiny bit of updating but is decent and it’s understandable after the pandemic. The rooms are semi-modern but do need a little bit of upkeep. The grounds have fallen into some disrepair. I had a good stay but if I found newer options in the area I would take them.

Love this hidden gem of a shopping destination and community. Donnas restaurant, Village Square Cafe or Scoozi-Radisson Hotel for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Locally owned specialty shops for kids, ladies plus Talbots, JJill, Octavia Boutique and William Sonoma.

Specifically, we went to Williams-Sonoma. This store is a gem and their sales associates are the most knowledgeable in the business. I went in with the intention of purchasing a mini Kitchen Aid mixer. My favorite sales lady, Carol, who has never misled me or over-sold me, told me the hype over the tiny mixer was actually misleading. So, we went with the full size. This was an engagement gift for my son and his fiancee. I was happy with her help and the gift was well received. I know they will enjoy it for many years.

As for Cross Keys, it has always been a charming little outdoor shopping center. However, Donna's has closed, The Red Door Spa, and, Chico's. I don't know what...

There's really nothing there. Looked like they're under construction so not alot going on other that the hotel. All the food trucks canceled. The room was pretty clean. Staff was rude & hardly at her desk. I came down 4 times & every single time she wasn't there. The cleaning staff were so loud in the morning, bumping the carts repeatedly trying to get in doorways. Loud talking & laughing early in the morning like people aren't there trying to sleep. Someone else's long blonde hair was on the shower wall. So maybe less talking & laughing & a lot...

The room was nice for the most part. The front desk staff was not there when I arrived to check in at 730pm. I waited for 15 minutes before she arrived and her demeanor was as if I was an inconvenience. No friendly smile welcome, or apology. When I came back down to ask for sugar, again I felt as if I was bothering her. Bad customer service from her. We also found hair on the shower wall that had not been cleaned, and the cleaning staff woke up my wife with loud talking and bumping the cart into our door. So no we won't...
