What a CUTE bake shop. So glad this place was recommended to us as a breakfast option. The vibe upon entering is relaxed and welcoming! I was unsure what to order, but ended with a turkey bacon egg and cheese on a delicious croissant. I also wanted a sweet and decided on their chocolate chip cookies. I was NOT a huge fan of the cookie. The taste was crunchy and chewy however the salt content within the cookie exceeded what I prefer in my chocolate chip cookies. My husband on the other hand ordered a coffee. He requested 2 different coffees which they didn't have. He settled for a coffee with 2 flavors. This turned out to be 8 pumps of flavor, which was half the cup and he requested oatmilk which wasnt added. Upon further dialogue he asked for a new coffee because if 4 pumps of flavor come in a coffee and you request 2 flavors you should then only get 2 pumps of each flavor to equal the same 4 pumps. Once this was resolved coffee was better STILL no oatmilk, but at this point you take it and enjoy. He also had an asiago bagel this...

I frequent this spot two or three times a week. The coffee drinks, the baristas and cashiers are great always put a smile on my face. The food is very good, quite good actually, but is it worth the price?!? Hmmmm. Tell me why a chicken salad sandwich is $19 which is the same price as a smashburger with fries.. $14 is reasonable. What is it the Cross Keys tax lol. Or the new seasonal biscuits and gravy, (just plain gravy which barely covers the biscuits) is the same price as a steak egg and cheese bagel $17. Thr price is insulting.. The worst thing is the kitchen closes at 2:45 pm even though the business changed their closing hours from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m..literally makes no sense but at least they're offering actual dinnerware now and plates and not the cheap Chinese takeout plasticware. Me and my 3yo went here after her dentist appointment. I must say I spent a pretty penny🤣🤦🏾‍♀️ ($55 to be exact) BUT id do it again! I love bread ...heck I love food & esp GOOD food! Everything was DELICIOUS & fresh!! We had these items to go.....Iced coffee, BLT, carrot bundt cake, croissants, raspberry sprinkled donut & an almond croissant🤤🤤 The almond was my favorite.....warmed up❤️. The BLT was delish...sourdough was perfect....bacon amazing...small dark tomatoes...YUM!!! The bundt cake was carrot cake... WE SMASHED it💯 The iced coffee was not good🤷🏾‍♀️.
