Bandon Sweets & Treats — Attraction in Bandon

I'm heading to Bandon Sweets & Treats today. Had just come online to double-check their hours, which are so accommodating. I would like to add my appreciation for the family-owned Bandon Sweets & Treats. Though I'm not in the immediate area I make the trip specially prior to any far-away visits to family. My grown kids and grands look forward to me bringing along their favorites which have expanded over time because of the tremendous selection at this shop. I appreciate the owners' attention to customers. For instance, a product had been discontinued by one supplier, but knowing it's a special for some customers - even though an under-$1 item - the owner didn't stop until a new supplier was located. Today I'm making the trip simply to treat myself. The smiles and good cheer, along with the bags I'll purchase, will be well worth the drive. Lucky folks who live nearby. We love this candy store! We live an hour away and we periodically take a drive to Bandon just to go there. One of our absolute favorites is dark chocolate malted milk balls, they are the very best! The prices are very reasonable and we will always continue going there. They are all very friendly and very attentive to their customers, and no better candy store than this place! We prefer dark chocolate and they have a big variety of it, dark chocolate blueberries are amazing too, popcorn is good, taffy is good, their chocolate covered pretzels are amazing as well! I mail ordered a case of jam from Bandon Sweets and Treats. The jam was contaminated. The owner said the jam was not used in time. I told her there was no date to use by on any of the lids or jars. She said they were not liable. They wanted me to mail back the jars at my expense. This indicates mistrust. I told them I would send photos or they can send me a merchandise return form. She hung up on me rather than do the right thing. This business is cheap and does not honor it's customers so why should anyone want to buy their product when they care less about...
