BF and I went here about a week ago. We were just walking around the downtown area and saw it was a little lively so we walked in. So glad we did as it turned out the owner was behind the bar and she can make some really killer drinks! If you haven't been here you are really missing out. So many great drinks to try. Thankfully we shared the ones we got. First off the bloody mary's here are awesome. You can get the classic or one with bacon. Both are delicious, so try both. Then they have a ginger lime gimlet, a concoction she made that is so refreshing it's dangerous. Goes down smooth and perfect for a summer day, you'll want to swing by to refresh your day with this drink or a great hangover fixer. Another great refreshing drink was the strawberry basil smash. So refreshing, great for anytime of the year as it will remind you of a summers day. If you are in the mood for a margarita, look no farther as she has not only the classic but others. Two unique ones are prickly pear and habnero cucumber. Both fantastic with fresh ingredients and the habnero has just the right amount of kick. If those don't rock your boat, you should try her Sea Cucumber drink. Very refreshing but not overpowering on the cucumber, perfectly balanced. Whatever kind of drink you are wanting, I highly recommend coming here. The drinks are spectacular and not of the true norm in bars. And don't worry beer and wine lover's, she's got you covered in that too. :) Although we didn't eat there, the food I saw come out looked great. The owner truly believes in fresh ingredients. You should definitely check it out as this is a hidden gem you don't...

This place was recommended to us from our hotel front desk when we asked for a healthy child friendly restaurant to eat dinner at. When we arrived it was mainly a bar with seating for the restaurant portion. But it really is a bar. I would not call this child friendly atmosphere. Our waitress wasn't all that friendly and seemed very stressed out.

But the worst part was a young man sitting at the bar talking to two other women. He was very loud and progressed to get even louder. His conversation was raunchy, gross, demeaning to women, lewd and outright X-rated. Things I cannot repeat here or anywhere. It was upsetting many tables. When the food finally arrived, which took over an hour, we had to ask for it to go because I could not continue to expose my children to the vile conversation. Several other people had to leave. One of the tables called over the manager. The manager finally went to the man and asked him to stop. The man then had the nerve to go to that table and try to explain himself. The woman at the table said she was mostly embarrassed for our table and that our children had to hear all of his filth. It was then we overheard that he actually worked at that restaurant which is why they didn't cut him off from the bar in the first place.

The restaurant did comp our dinner and we left a full tip. When I went back to the hotel and explaind to them what happened and suggested they should probably remove this off of their family friendly recommendations list, they replied that it's usually a pleasant experience for their guests. I will...

3.5 stars here. be aware Bandon at this time appears to be a town that closes up almost completely at 7pm. Very few choices for dinner and those open are very crowded. after finding a 45-minute wait at another establishment, chose to land here for a meal. As with many, many restaurants these days, it was clear on this night they were low on staff. Other reviews have pointed this out and a good number of those clearly don’t understand the challenges facing food service staff in these times and don’t have the patience to work with it. Let me say up front that the 2 ladies working the floor during our visit did a wonderful job of handling the service for all the customers, even as the tables filled up with diners. Menu here not extensive or fancy IMO. Wife chose the fish and chips which she found delicious and so did I with the pieces she shared. Clearly fresh fish hand breaded just before cooking. Large portion of fish. Standard fries and coleslaw were fine. I chose a Chicken Caesar wrap that the kitchen kindly left off the listed buffalo sauce. Not my thing. Nice ratio of chicken to lettuce and a tangy Caesar dressing made this very tasty. Fry portion seemed small compared to other entrée. All in all an above average meal in a...

I want to start off by saying I've never been here or heard about this restaurant, never even googled it. We went because we had a rather large group on a trip to Bandon for the day and seen it and decided to stop in. We walked into the spot, looked good had some nice deco, beer and wines were on the wall in chalk which I love. Now the bad... When we entered the waiter said we needed to sit in one section more than likely because they instituted a new 8% gratuity for any large parties. We sat waiting for someone to come by and when they did they asked we ready for another round, and we never got out first round yet. The server walked away saying "I don't have time for this". They walked back to the server area and started pointing at our group and let's say the impression was they were not necessarily wanting us to stay. the staff seemed like they were overwhelmed but it was not busy in the restaurant. We ended leaving and I don't think we have had an experience like this in some time. I don't know if it was us, or they were having a bad day but we we would have had lots of food and drinks ordered and I'm a big tipper and most of all my reviews are 5 stars and I'm genuinely sad this was the experience we had..

Food was great in this quaint harbor town. Enjoy walking around the bay as your food digests. Wash it down or with some hydrating hazy ipas and ciders. All top notch. Only downside is the server Sidney and whom she serves….. is not of this world but the underworld. She served me wings so hot it changed the atmospheric pressure in the bathroom and the door was pulled shut, I was locked in there for ten minutes. I can still hear her cackle as my life force faded into oblivion and I met her master Baphomet. But he sent me back into our world for it was not my time. All that being said, wings were great just don’t trust them on the spice, they burn. I was bestowed a crown from the vixen so that’s another positive.

Darn! Although the Lavender Lemon Drops were delicious, the fish tacos bombed...hard. I recommended this dish to a friend and have had great tacos in the past (see review from last year). Anything that could go wrong, went wrong. The tortillas were a weird, semi- fried, rubbery shell that I was unable to chew. The fish wasn't seasoned and the sauce was a flat mayonnaise. My biggest disappointment was the staffs inability to "recover" (both younger dudes). No one apologized or asked if there was something else they could offer us. Word on the street was that the owner was out of town sooo... Definitely recommended customer service training and double check on the skills in the kitchen.
