We can not recommend this hotel, although we see others have. Our opinion of this hotel is not good. We recently stayed at The Inn at Old Town and found the hotel to be exceptionally clean and newly renovated. The couple who refurbished the property did a fantastic job—it’s contemporary, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. However, despite these positives, there were several issues that made our stay less than ideal, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend it. The in-room coffee maker was a major disappointment. It was a single-cup model that produced something closer to weak tea than coffee, and only two single-serve pods were provided. To make matters worse, there’s no coffee available in the office and the hotel has No lobby area, so if you're someone who enjoys decent coffee in the morning, you'll need to either bring your own coffee maker or drive to find some. The creamer was a packet of powdered whitener, which didn’t help matters. Another significant issue was the heating system. It was incredibly loud, turning on and off all night like something from an airplane hangar. We ended up turning it off just to get some sleep. The mini-refrigerator in the room was also noisy, adding to the disturbance. The TV situation was similarly frustrating. It only had Roku, which was difficult to navigate, as mentioned in other reviews. While we didn’t come to the coast to watch TV, it would have been nice to have something more user-friendly without needing assistance from the staff. Lastly, for those with mobility concerns, be aware that if you're assigned a top-floor room, you’ll have to climb several flights of stairs as there’s no elevator. While we appreciate the cleanliness and the effort that went into the renovation, the combination of no decent coffee, poor sleep due to the loud heater and refrigerator, and a frustrating TV setup made our stay challenging. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Understand where you are staying! This is a small property Inn, and not a Five star Marriott. It’s a small quaint Inn with a friendly staff, the one negative is that there is a lot of noise from the main street and it is a major artery to get from North of Bandon to South of Bandon. But the location of the hotel is perfect. Walking distances to the wharf, restaurants, the Pacific Ocean and coffee spots. The noise from the road drastically reduces as the town goes to bed early. Be mindful that most establishments will close at 8:00 PM If hour looking for a clean bed and a nice place to sleep and you don’t need the frills of a 5 star hotel, this is the spot for you.

The Old Town Inn, is located @ 370 Hwy 101. You would think that being right on the Hwy might be Noisy. It seemed Newly Remodeled and, There was very little of the sounds of the Hwy. The Bed was Comfortable, the Shower was Hot, and They had a small Keurig coffee maker in the room. We were Very Impressed with Our Choice. Also Quite a few Restaurants in walking distance. For those who are in need of Coffee, it’s like Your Traditional espresso place, and Everything to Eat is all Freshly made. Very Busy and Scrumptious and Delicious. Seafood, Burgers, Pizza and more with in this walking distance.

Ok, I would like to update my previous review of one star that you can see below. On Thanksgiving day when me and my wife got back to the Inn, we had a very different experience of what the staff here at old town can do. When we got back to our room we had more coffee than one could need in the last day of our reservation and the turn down service was fantastic. Fresh towels and toiletries in the whole room beds made prefect, even the thermostat was left right where we left it. I believe they even vacuumed the floors and mopped the bathroom, fantastic! The only reason I have yet to add in the fifth star is only because I did not receive an apology for the events of day one. Good job Inn at Old Town, we will definitely be back.

Simply unacceptable! We came for thanksgiving and have regretted it since we got here. Tried to check in at 3pm and they were not here. They just left the room unlocked with the key in it. Called and asked how I was supposed to check in. They said they would just catch me when they get back. Come back to the room after the festivities of the day, and they finally allow us to check in. So I asked the guy in the office for more coffee for our room. He says he will have someone bring it right over. Thirty minutes later I have no coffee, so I tried to call room service. No ONE ANSWERS! Call some women on her cell phone that was listed on the front door and she tells me the guy in the office must have forgot. Instead of talking to him and having him bring me the coffee right away with an apology, she instead tells me she is on her way back to the Inn and she would bring it herself. THAT WAS NEARLY 15min ago. Clearly they have no concept of customer service./ To avoid being bias I would like to mention the room and location of the Inn are absolutely wonderful for the price and the area. Clean up your customer service Inn at Old Town and you would have a gold mine of perfection with this charming...
