Let me first start off by saying from the moment we walked in, we were immediately greeted and welcomed by Samantha. She has such an amazing personality and had such a level of salesmanship and professionalism that any business should be proud of having around. My fiancé (soon to be wife!) and myself came in to shop for a wedding band for her. Samantha was able to work with us and help navigate some different options to think about. My fiancé was undecided and felt no pressure to make a decision on the spot. We left to maybe get some other ideas from other local businesses and ended up in a competing shop at Days jewelers. The experience we had there was polar opposite, I digress it was horrible. It felt rushed and we just wanted to get out of there.

It helped make our decision to return today and we came back excited to see Samantha behind the counter. (To be honest we kinda planned it out that way she’s AWESOME!) We were able to pick up where we left off and we picked out the PERFECT wedding band. Samantha really made this process so easy and so stress free.

Quality Jewelers is the best of the best in my opinion. I took my engagement ring that is 47 years old to be resized after a weight loss, and to have two sapphire stones taken out of the setting. They made them into beautiful studs, the look amazing! My diamond is now back to being a solitaire which is how it started out. The head was in need of repair as the points were so worn that I am lucky I did not lose the stone. Thank you to Mikaela for pointing this out. My grandson Charlie is part of this great team, he made a pair of earrings, ordered my daughter and her guy for me for Mother's day! Having Charlie make them was truly touching. For Mother's day I purchased a bracelet for our daughter. They didn't have one in stock but ordered exactly what I asked for. Honestly, Quality Jewelers has the most amazing staff. Everyone is polite and professional yet very friendly, they help you find exactly what you are looking for. And ordering is very quick, so no worries there. Seriously they should be called Finest Quality Jewelers. The owner Barbette, with her son Zack and the exceptional employees, is THE Best Jewelry Store Around. I will not go anywhere else....

I brought my wedding set in for repair and resizing. There was a significant chunk of the band missing on the ring guard since it was delicate to begin with. It had been repaired a few times by the location I purchased it from and the final time I was told they wouldn’t be able to repair it due to the missing piece. A friend had recommended Quality to me and I am so glad I took her advice. In 1 week it was finally fixed and resized to finally fit me after 10 years! Even better is that it was under the budget I set for myself for the repair. The staff was amazing, and I had the pleasure of being helped by the owner upon pick up.
