Banning Glass Mirror & Screen — Attraction in Banning

I wanted to get a security screen door like my neighbor across the street has but the company was based in Orange County. I wanted to buy locally so I'm glad I found Banning Glass. Dustin and Ray aren't just installers, they also helped with color and design choice. I originally planned to go with a white door but they talked me into going bronze. I was still nervous about my choice so I went to the display room to see the doors in person. The owner carried several different style and color doors into the sunlight so I could see them better. This business was recommended to me by friends. My experience was not as good as theirs. 7 months, 4 measurement sessions, 6 doors [3 which fit properly], and $6,300 later, I regret the decision to use this business. I was yelled at by the owner, told it was normal to see blue sky through the door jams, and treated as if I was ignorant. Following the final "fix it" session, the installer left with the words, "Well, it's better." That is NOT true. This company is extremely difficult to work with. I thought it was because they are so busy, but after 3 attempts and one week, I realize they are overpriced and disorganized, not to mention unfriendly. A guy came out 30 minutes late after canceling a previous appointment. He didn’t talk to me just said somebody would call with an estimate.They don’t answer the phone and charge 25% more than other companies. After waiting for them for a week to come out and give a ridiculous price, I was able to get my screens and doors repaired for much less by Beaumont Glass and all within 24 hours. Thanks...
