I recently had another outstanding experience at Best Buy in Beaumont, California, and I couldn't be happier with the service and assistance I received. If you're on the hunt for the latest and greatest electronics, I highly recommend paying them a visit.

Every time I've had questions or needed assistance with a purchase, Christy has gone above and beyond to provide me with the information I needed. She is patient, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Her expertise and genuine willingness to help make the shopping experience a breeze.
Furthermore, I have noticed the exceptional management skills of Eric Tschudy, the store manager. Eric is often present at the entrance, personally greeting customers as they walk in and ensuring they are directed to the right section or product they are seeking. Read moreMy husband and I went in to look at an over the range microwave on 11/12 at around 6 or 7pm as our old one stopped working. When we got to the door we were told it was self serve only. We asked if there was someone who could help us in the microwave area as this was our first time having to buy a microwave like this. We were told the girl who would help us was on lunch and would be there shortly. We waited for 40 mins and no one ever showed up to help us. We went back to the front to ask if someone was coming only to be told the girl had left but someone else would help us. We waited for another 10 mins before deciding to leave. When we left the guy at the front simply said good bye as though he was happy we were leaving even though it was clear we had chosen to leave because it appeared that no one wanted to assist us. We ended up going over to Home Depot and buying a $250 microwave for the same price and we were helped immediately. Personally I do not usually write reviews for places but it really felt as though the employees at the location really did not want to help us at all and it was extremely upsetting. We bought 2 LG washers and dryers, one LG 85-inch TV, a Samsung Fridge, and an LG dual door fridge. Cost close to $8K. We even spent a couple of hundred dollars to join the Totaltech membership.
Unfortunately, within 3 months, we have an issue with the LG fridge ice maker. We called Best Buy Geek Squad for repair.
They came the first time and said the freezer ice maker is having a problem. Need to order parts to come again.
2 weeks later, the same repair guy of Geek Squad came for repair. We cleared everything from the freezer. Then he said they had ordered the wrong parts and did not even check if the correct parts were brought for repair. They said they needed to come back again. They did not even feel sorry or apologize for their mistake. We had to take time off for the repair and wasted our time to also take things all out from the freezer.
We questioned them why they did not check and said it is not their problem. Then, they packed their things and walked out of the door !!
YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET IF YOU BUY FROM BEST BUY AND JOIN THEIR TOTALTECH MEMBERSHIP!!
