Chaca Tea Bar — Restaurant in Banning

We visited this spot as my family and I were on a bubble tea hunt to satisfy a craving while on vacation in Palm Springs. We thought this spot would be better than the Share Tea chain, which was our other nearby option.

We arrived and had ease in finding parking, thanks to their big lot with free spots. We noticed that they had a giant "grand opening" sign which led us to believe this spot opened up within the last couple months. The place is small, but cozy.

Service was very friendly and they answered questions accordingly as well as being helpful with the menu. We ended up ordering three beverages: 32 FL oz milk tea with tapioca, zero sugar 32 FL oz milk tea with tapioca, 25% sugar 32 FL oz mango green tea with lychee jelly, 25% sugar There's were literally massive!

This place definitely did not seem Asian-owned and the flavor profiles reflected that. We were happy that our beverages weren't overly sweet but they lacked the authentic bubble tea flavor - tasted like tea with milk/creamer and even the mango green tea lacked flavor. The best part was the lychee jelly.

Unfortunately, not a spot I would recommend in terms of food products. But overall, a clean and friendly shop. It was also very inexpensive at $17.xx for all...

Been here plenty of times and every time I’ve been there has always been the same type of service. I will start with the good! Everything we have ever gotten has been delicious. We definitely love and appreciate the Monday Special. The taste is great, have not yet been disappointed on that subject. Now let me move on to the service as I’m big on Customer Service. Every single time I’ve been there, we don’t get a welcome, not even a smile... it’s pretty much a what do you want, without words. I’ve been inside the place long enough to see the interactions with the different types of guest!! I see how they smile and welcome others but that has never happened to us! I’ve been visiting their Redlands’ location since I started university and absolutely adore this bubble tea shop. Now I’m even more thrilled they opened a second location closer to where I live. Their drinks are delicious and priced on the lower end. Their customer service is phenomenal and they have a stamp card system where when you buy ten drinks total, you receive one free drink. On Mondays they have a $1 special on their medium sized drinks. I can go on and on about how much I love this establishment. My personal favorites is any of their drinks with the sea salt cream and their Valentine’s special, the sweet tart. Definitely stop by this bubble tea shop if you are craving...
