Management, specifically Sandie Mattox, takes no accountability for resolving errors, especially if you ask additional questions, such as requesting a tracking number. I placed a phone order for a pair of shoes and only received one in the box. After speaking with Sandie, the store manager, I learned they had the missing shoe in good condition. However, she refused to ship it out, even after claiming she would, because she was vindictive when I asked why she couldn’t provide the tracking information.
This experience has been a total nightmare! I was very respectful and may have come off as annoying because I had many questions, but I did not deserve the way she handled the situation at all. At this point, shopping full-price retail would provide better service. I ordered six pairs of shoes over the weekend and regret spending every penny at this location. We were waiting in line to get into the store and when we were first in the line, instead of asking us how many people like all other people in front of us, the security greeted us with a question of did you cut the line. Thought I’ve heard it wrong and I kindly asked him to repeat. Then he questioned again “did you guys cut the line” this is so wrong! Just cause my husband was with a stroller and standing outside the line so the security thought we cut the line?
