Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Attraction in Battle Creek

The selection of inventory and the prices that I was able to see in the short time that I was there, 20 min, were amazing! I can't wait to spend more time where I can just go through at my leisure and see EVERYTHING! The employees that I had interaction with me were Top Notch! Even though they were closing in 25 min, one of the people on the floor took the time to ask me if I was finding everything ok (usually when an employee is doing closing work, they ignore a customer so that they don't have to stop what they're doing). He even took the time to show me where something was located, rather than just point in a direction and tell me it's somewhere in aisle #1. This man, I wish I could remember his name, took his customer service duties very seriously, and even if it meant he had to stay a little late to finish up what he didn't get to because he was helping me, he did not seem to mind. i never felt rushed by him so that he could get back to what he was doing. I like Ollie's but not the one in Battle Creek! I bought this same product earlier at another Ollie's and had to return it because the parts were missing, and couldn't exchange it because there were none left! So I found the same product at this Ollie's in Battle Creek! I wanted to buy it, so I wanted to make sure that it was complete!:It cost $59.00! I tried to open it up at the front of the store! Well low and behold, a mid height angry bald man with glasses who worked there verbally attacked me and accused me of wrong doing and kept on talking over me while I was trying to explain that I wanted to buy the product! So he opened it for me and kept on yelling at me! I don't know what I did wrong! He ended up handing me the item, and I proceded to check out!
