Forget everything you think you know about a typical Disney ride and tell your friends to check out the SeaBase aquarium at Epcot! While the ride itself is a cute journey into the world of "Finding Nemo," the real highlight is what comes after. You emerge into an enormous, two-story aquarium that is one of the largest in the world. It’s a peaceful, awe-inspiring space where you can get up close and personal with sharks, sea turtles, manatees and countless colorful fish. It's the perfect place to take a break from the Florida heat, recharge and truly appreciate the wonder of marine life - all with a bit of Disney magic mixed in.

After riding Nemo and Friends, you can explore the Sea base and see all the fish, sharks, and other marine life like manatees. It was fun to learn about the different types of fish and how you can help the sea life and conservation efforts. There is a lot of things for children to do also. There's a play area with sharks. (Bruce and his friends from Finding Nemo" and aquarium tanks with eels, different types of fish and coral. This area is also the way to Turtle Talk with Crush.

This place is so under-rated, literally. I’m glad it’s so over-looked by the mobs of visitors to EPCOT because it’s such a wonderful escape from the usual touristy craziness. The Nemo ride is cute and fun, but the aquariums are spectacular. You’ll see small critters in small aquariums, and large ocean life in the humongous aquarium, including sea turtles, dolphins, sharks, and even humans! Divers can be seen occasionally, and they even interact with guests.
