Disney Vacation Club ImaginAtrium – A Member Lounge — Local services in Bay Lake

What a great location for DVC members to unwind after a long day at the park. The DVC lounge, located above the Figmant of Imagination ride, is an area exclusively for DVC members to enjoy. The lounge is air conditioned and has many areas to sit and unwind. They offer fountain beverages as well as snacks (popcorn, Oreos, chips etc.) at no charge. They have plenty of charging outlet stations where you can plug your charger in to charge your phone. In my case, I didn’t have a cord, however the staff offered me two cords to borrow which was great! My only recommendation would have been to make the tables contain a magnetic charger in the tables like apple stores to make it even more convenient.

I must say when I initially arrived to the lounge I thought I was going to be approached regarding purchasing more points. This was not the case at all. The only time I was approached was when I was asked how my day was. The staff was great and I highly recommend visiting when in Epcot. Kind of lame, do the Imagination ride, at the end see a sign to the DVC lounge, go up the stairs (3 flights), to be told you have to check in downstairs. Place was pretty empty. But ok, go down stairs to check in. Guy says that’ll it will be at least 30 minutes. Eh, ok, don’t want to wait 30 minutes for a free bottle of water, and some AC. So no biggie, we leave. 6 minutes later they text us there is room. Just stupid. I know Disney is getting cheap, perhaps a way to discourage DVC people. Absolutely used to love all things Disney, becoming not a fan pretty quick. When asked about DVC, I would always say, one of the best things I ever bought (over 20 years ago). Now, would not recommend it to anyone....

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE SALES TEAM HERE! Everyone is very nice and member services are very knowledgeable, the sales team has no idea what they're talking about and we ended up bouncing all over the place for 3 hours on our last day, we called member services and were bounced around yet again the right hand doesn't communicate with the left at all we are dvc members and have been for years were also ap holders and come to Disney about 4-6 times a year.
