I'm not really sure how the reviews are so high for this place... This is by far one of the worst poutines I've ever had. Only reason I didn't give a 1 star is because the service was quick and friendly and I just feel bad I guess. The cheese curds were cold and rubbery (squeaky rubbery, like you could hear the squeak when you chewed it). The gravy was subpar and almost had a sweetness to it (it shouldn't be sweet). The fries were not great either, cold and stale. I had other food at the park that was pretty good, so I'm not super picky or anything, but I was really disappointed in this. It’s open year round, and the traditional poutine is a hit for native Canadians and Americans alike. Lots of gravy, cheese curds and fries, order an extra plain fries for the kids and have extra fries to dip in the extra gravy. One order is enough to share for a snack or eat by your self for a small meal. My favorite is to order during one of the festivals to eat as a side. When we there last week, the end of May, they had premade cups of ice water and let you take as many as you needed for yourself or the family. The service is always quick....
