For starters she asked me if I had been helped moments after her last customer had left. I was sitting in the waiting area surely she should have known I needed help. When I got in the chair and told her I was there to pay a portion of the bill (per at&t) she said that’s not what she was seeing. She asked me to call at& t as if I was not telling her the truth. Why would she question me? Shouldn’t she have taken a dollar if I said i was paying a dollar? I should’ve have had to verify nothing to her. She also juggled my time in the chair with another customer who had walked in the door. He was as disrespectful as she was. Whereas I hold her for that bad experience. And on top of all that she kept my driver license and I had to call the next day looking for it . Ok now isn’t that a phone store? She should have used my license to get my name to look up my number to call me and ask me to come back to the store but instead I drove around a whole day without it.    Read moreI have had a frustrating last two days with my bill being wrong to say the least. After multiple attempts and hours spent to reconcile this over the phone I kept getting the run around and was hung up on multiple times. I then decided to go up to the AT&T store and see if anyone there could help me with this problem. This was the best decision I could’ve made. The customer service at this store is phenomenal to say the LEAST. Nick was the employee who helped me by staying on the phone for almost two hours defending our case with corporate He didn’t stop negotiating until we were happy with the amount of money they compensated us with for our outrageous bill. The following day our service got turned off for no reason after we paid the already high bill that he negotiated the amount for. We went back up there and he got it all straightened out without it costing us a penny for restore fees AND getting more money back for our hassle. He is truly an amazing person and our hero employee at AT&T. If everyone was like him working there, no one would ever have a bad experience...
   Read moreIt's kind of strange but I woke up this morning to an Email asking me about my recent delivery from Amazon, and I instantly thought about the impeccable customer service my husband and I received from one of your employees a couple days ago. Amazon may have fast delivery, but you guys have exceeded customer service expectations for this Texas man! I think her name was Shawn, beautiful brown-skin lady with a smile that felt just like a warm hug! We haven't always had the best service with At&t, especially dealing with the international day pass during my recent deployment; but it took your employee in the small town of Bay St. Louis to tell us something that we hadn't been informed of this entire time! Ms. Shawn, we appreciate your hospitable vibe and your informative details! And by the way, my husband says you promised to show him around the Gulf Coast and he might just hold you to that!
