Appliances 4 less (Bedford) — Attraction in Bedford

Hi, this is Samina. I bought my kitchen appliance from Appliances 4 Less. Kevin who was assisting me and family members. I like and love Kevin's customer service. Especially the refrigerator, it's beautiful. It has big space where I can organize all my food vegetables and fruits easily. I don't have to leave any leftover food after our dinner. That is my peace of mind. Because I was struggling with my previous refrigerator storage and with the water system. Because every time we try to pour water from my previous freezer out the side of the door, the water always drains outside on the kitchen floor. But my new freezer water system is inside the left door. No worry about the wet floor. You just take out the small water jug which is attached to it, whenever you need fresh filter water. I also purchased dishwasher, washer and dryer. I love all of my new appliances. Any question or need I always get attention from Kevin. I will encourage everyone to go to Appliances 4 Less to buy It's very convenient...

I went to Appliances 4 Less in Bedford the other day. I will say their prices are excellent and I was allowed to browse the store without any high pressure sales tactics.

I was in need of a washing machine. They had several to choose from and I settled on an LG washer. However, when I inquired about purchasing it, the sales person asked me if I was looking for both a washer and dryer. I told him I just needed a washer. He then proceeded to tell me that he can't sell me a washer by itself. He said their washer stock was low and he could only sell it if I bought both a washer and dryer.

I found it very odd they would forgo my willingness to buy a $700 washer just because I didn't wish to purchase a dryer with it.

Here I thought I would give a smaller business a chance and shop with them. In the end, I bought the LG washer elsewhere.

I was very disappointed with their policies and will likely not return there for any...

I bought a washer and dryer from here and not only was it a better deal than other places, Kevin who helped me made me feel comfortable with my purchase. He told me I can call if I had any questions afterwards and sure enough he was able to still help me and answer questions to help me while hook it up which I chose to do. He’s really knowledgeable and it was actually something he already told me when I picked up the washer and dryer but he was still there to answer my messages right away. He was honest from the get. He tested it out before my pick up time to make sure everything worked and now I have brand new front load washer and dryer that works great! I’m happy 100% happy with my purchase and if there’s ever any appliances in the future that I need, I’m coming back here just because I know how honest they are and I know I can still count on them to still be there even after the purchase to getting it to work....
