Updating this review since my previous issue was resolved thanks to a member of the Bedford County Chamber of Commerce reaching out and getting the FAQ fixed. I did end up attending the event with my service dog, and received no access issues. My mother and I enjoyed the event, and I'll definitely be going back again next year. I'm still leaving the original review below, and not giving 5 stars, simply because the initial interaction was definitely still highly unprofessional and unpleasant. Original review: Highly disrespectful. I very politely and professionally messaged the page in regards to the FAQ stating "registered" service dogs would be an "exception". Response from the website contact form was non-existent, and response from the Facebook page was slow and unprofessional. I provided a direct link to the ADA's website on service dogs, and explained that by federal law (the ADA, enforced by the DOJ) there is no registration, certification, or other documentation required for a service dog to accompany the disabled handler into public places. 2 days passed after sending that, so I sent a follow up, to ensure it was read. Got a reply saying they hadn't had time to read it. I was polite in my reply once again. 5 days later (tonight) still no reply so I followed up again. Received a message stating "We are aware that service dog registration is not required by law." So I replied expressing my confusion, and was met with a great deal of rudeness and unprofessionalism. Unsure if I can add photos to this review. So to see screenshots of the entire conversation, go to Yelp or Facebook. Very...
Read moreFor years I have wanted to attend this festival but something always seemed to come up that prevented us from doing so. This year we were finally able to go and it did not disappoint.
I was impressed with the wide variety of crafters and food items. The food was delicious had elk dog, Hungarian chimney cake, fresh pressed apple cider and the best apple dumpling I ever ate. Purchased beautiful holiday crafts that were so unique and were not vendors that I have seen at other festivals.
Really appreciated that there was no entrance fee and since we found parking on the street, no fee to park. The stores in town are not to be missed. We had so much fun at Founders Crossing looking through all the antiques and handmade items. We could have easily spent the whole day just browsing the stores.
This festival is well put together and the organizers should be commended. So sorry that i waited so long to attend and cannot wait to visit...

Our purchase was $8.52 total. I shortly saw 2 extras charges on my statement of $83.24 x2 totaling $166.48 on top of the $8.52 charge. I searched and found the vendor trying to communicate to get this resolved professionally first. They said they would be mailing me a check would not provide tracking when I asked for it. After no receipt I recontacted them asking for payment via electronic means ASAP. They said I was to get it Tuesday here it is Thursday and still have not received it. They will be reported as fraud and blasted everywhere of this rip off and I am not...
