We have been coming here regularly over the past year and a half since my daughters last surgery for thing she needs that either her home health service does not carry or the make/brand they have does not work for her. The customer service is excellent and if they do not have something they will go to even extreme lengths to try and find what your asking for.. I always end up feeling like we are the only thing that is important when we are in the store. They remember the things we get on a regular basis and that is always very nice. They are very warm and friendly and often have some good ideas of things to try that have not been tried before but that night make a difference. The store is very clean and neat and the most usual needed stock is on display and easy to see. I am very glad we have this business...

Called trying to find a skin barrier wipe in a specific brand and spoke with Lisa, she couldn't have been any kinder. They had it in stock but unfortunately it was out of our price range. After speaking for just a few minutes, she was kind enough to offer to bring a sample of another brand over to my aunt's house (she happens to live near by her). We'd otherwise only have a product that my cousin is allergic to and burns his skin. Our online order from another company has us waiting 9 days and everything is closed the next two days due to a holiday. Will definitely be coming here, when we need anything else.
