Kelsey Creek Center — Attraction in Bellevue

This morning, the weather was really beautiful. My wife was off today and I went to the place. As usual, since last September as guest user following my wife I was passing by the front desk. And suddenly the lady at the front desk asked my name and let her know my name. At that moment, I felt uneasy, somewhat irritated. At that time, I did not understand my feeling. My wife told me that I had to understand her attitude because she was trying to do her duty well.

While working out, I was thinking why I had been uneasy at that time and understood my feeling. I felt like that I had been treated as a criminal who was trying to sneak in the place. I went to the front desk to talk about my feeling and found out that she was not there and she was talking to a guy. I was waiting and saw many fitness customers pass by without being checked. It seemed to me that she was not trying her best. I was more irritated and when I began to talk to her I was angry. My voice was expressing my anger. Soon I found out that the guy she had talked to was besides. He revealed him as a manager there. He was scolding my angry voice. I realized that I was making a mistake. I should have been more calm and should have explained my feeling. I tried to calm down and talked to them. However, I found out that they are unkind all together. He apologized about her attitude but I could not find any sincerity. I did not like his attitude either.

After all, I guess that they are not that kind.

I hope that they understand why I felt uneasy and I want to give them a feedback to reflect their attitudes.

I reveal my identity here to add more credibility of my complaint. I am a visiting scholar at UW for a year. I have got my Ph. D. here in America. I guess that I know America somewhat. I have some white beard and I look like an...

There is a nice selection of shops here as well as a Walmart marketplace. There is a Starbucks that we drove through last and it was very hot outside. The girl taking the order at the window was not helpful and started to argue when I was trying to order my frappe. I was already tired, hot, & irritable, so my Daughter ordered for me and was able to make the girl understand my simple Vanilla cafe with an extra shot of espresso. It just infuriates me these days when a cashier or waiter whatever title they want cannot understand the most simple requests. Other than Starbucks I have to say I've watched this place grow for 30 years...

My doctor recommended this place and I was surprised to meet an owner who knows so much about feet and ankles. It was an amazing experience and prices are reasonable at this store. Also, the other staff members are knowledgeable about technicalities of various shoes they sell. They give real good explanation about various issues.

The one I wanted didn't have a color in stock and it was ordered and delivered to my home. I have been there now 4 times...
