Mini Mountain Indoor Ski Center — Attraction in Bellevue

After 3 years of being a regular customer and having a great experience I went in for a rental fitting which was was handled well by the young staff. At checkout the person at the front desk started shouting at me loudly for not filling an equipment rental form correctly! The rental form was checked and given to him by the staff doing the fitting. Reporting this incident since this is not the first time that the same person ( name redacted for privacy) has behaved rudely. I have previously let it pass as everyone has a bad day. He shoved the form in my face and spoke in the rudest tone and was having a meltdown! A few members of the staff walked me out and apologized. After complaining, the management reached out after 2 days and apologized on behalf of the employee. This deserved to be reported as the behavior by this person who operated the front desk is inexcusable and other customers that I know have also confided in me that this person always speaks rudely but nothing...

Long overdue review that is 3 years too late. Not sure if this is the right place to learn snowboarding or for their snowboard rentals.

Pro: staff was so nice. Instructors all encouraging, kind, and knowledgeable.

Cons: extremely outdated gear. The boots looked like they were from the 80’s. No guidance on how to find proper gear for yourself. no continuity with lessons. New instructor for every lesson I had (took 3 or 4). There was no communication with instructors so they never knew what was covered previously. rentals were all ill fitting. Boots were the same ones you took lessons with. They were SOOO bad that I ended up buying my own within the season. The board/bindings were all cheap stuff that was way too short for me. They don’t seem to know how to measure people for their rentals.

I’m an intermediate rider now, but I’ve been riding with their stuff sans boots, so maybe thanks to them and their poor gear, I can learn to ride...

I would recommend this place to everyone no matter how old you are or weather you need to freshen up your skills or just learn from beginning. Brad London was my daughter Instractor, he is amezing guy and the best instructor ever !Brad took a lot of pressure from us and showed my daughter all the tricks and things to know so you can enjoy skiining. In less than 3 times I could see my daughter already making turns and zippining. I shared lessons with my daughter I love that option so I can feel confident about my skills too. My daughter is 7 years old we were able to go on very steep hills and she loved it. She was so inspired with skiining that made great story that we shared with her class ! The owner of this place is amezing guy, he keeps an eye on everything, he is very professional ,making sure all costumers are served yet atmosphere is amezing. You hear lot of giggles from kids while they try to follow directions. Way to go...
