Wow! Unbelievably rude receptionist! I called Friday evening and someone (I believe Wenting) picked up the phone, even though she was on her way home. She was kind and willing to chat with me even though it was after hours, she answered all of my questions and I felt good about the clinic. I had only intended to leave a message for them to call me back! I told her everything sounded good and I would call Monday and make an appointment. When I did that on Monday, 3/17, the phone rang and rang, and I tried several times throughout the day. Finally a young woman picked up at 2:25pm. She was short and curt immediately, but I was pleasant to her anyway. I asked about the phone and how it just rang endlessly, and instead of explaining or being interested in a potential problem, she kept barking "How can I help you?!" AT me over and over, ignoring anything I said or asked. She then said she had been doing something before, and explained it, but I couldn't understand her words, and I asked if she could repeat what she just said. She ignored me again, and barked "People call here to make appointment, you wan make appointment or what?!" I said yes, I was interested in the clinic, but I had some questions I was trying to get answered, and I was trying to communicate with her. It was NOTHING like the conversation I had with Wenting just two days before. Finally, this woman mentioned masks, and said she needed someone to put a mask on there in the office, and I asked "Are you still requiring masks?" Instead of answering, she barked at me again "How can I help you?!!" I started to say she could help by answering my questions, and then, this woman abruptly hung up on me. I called back, no answer. I called back again and was able to leave a voice message, in the hope that Wenting or someone in charge will here it and find out how this young lady is treating their customers. This is NOT acceptable. There was no excuse for the verbal abuse I suffered today and the way I was silenced and ignored. Later I wondered if she simply did not speak English and knew only one phrase, but if that's the case, she should have told me "sorry, no English" and gotten someone else who could speak the language. I really think she could understand me, but chose to be horrible and lose Dr. Wenting another client. Please fire this person and replace her with someone nice. I will not be back until she is GONE!! I feel totally duped by thinking I'd be treated kindly by the whole staff, based on my initial conversation with the doctor. Very upset about this....

When I arrived the clinic, he told me that Dr. Jiang was with another client, and let me wait. I asked him if he could show me the qualification of Dr. Jiang and the price of their beauty items, he told me he didn't know anything, I should ask Dr. Jiang herself. When I saw Dr. Jiang, she was also very arrogant. When I asked her if Botox treatment can help fix my glabellar lines, she told me Botox doesn't work for me. She recommended me to do thermage. I told her I've had Botox, and it did work, then she said if I still wanted Botox, she can give me Botox. After 7 days I left this Medspa, I didn't feel anything. I also didn't see any pinprick after she gave me botox.
