Shady neighbors who never got a background check living here and posing as staff to take money from your deposit, No washer and dryer in unit and we dealt with mold since the beginning of our lease that they blamed on everyone except their poorly kept buildings. Management mistook our paperwork for other plenty of times and instead of taking responsibility for THEIR JOB, they replied with “why didn’t you read this?”

Read moreI have lived here for nearly three years. These renovated apartments are very affordable for the Bellevue area, and you get granite counters, and new hardwood floors as an added bonus. The staff is very accommodating, and they are concerned with the well-being and comfort of the residents more than most locations. They also regularly check appliances and safety systems to ensure that nothing has prolonged downtime. The area itself is quite nice, and is located next door to the newly constructed Sammamish High School, making for a beautiful view. Read moreWe have been living in this apartment for past 4.5 years. All property management & maintenance staffs are really good. The apartment manager (Amelia) is really co-operative. There were incidents where she immediately chime in to help and resolve all our concerns. Absolutely fantastic manager to work with. After she joined as property manager, she lead the effort to conduct many social activities. To name few holiday party, Christmas Celebration, Summer events etc. It's a great opportunity to socially hang around with people we live around. We really appreciate all you do for us Amelia.
