J&J Stereo Car Alarm System and Tint locksmith — Attraction in Bellflower

When I first came in to buy and install car alarm the guy told me "If you pay cash we won't charge taxes, if you pay card then taxes will apply..." I left car and went to get cash. They installed alarm, I brought cash and another guy said "you have to pay more - taxes applies..." finally we settled down the payment with no taxes.. I went home with alarm installed and noticed that some panels are off its positions... pieces of wires on the floor and screws... I paid more attention and noticed that panels behind steering wheel had missing screws the ones that I found on the floor! I went back to the shop and asked them to put all staff back. Few days after I decided to set passive arming as it was described in alarm manual... I failed - they did not mount LED indicator and valet button which this alarm has... I am not going back to these guys again... Really...

My family and I have been coming here for years to get our cars tinted and always trusted their work. But two years ago, I got my car tinted and noticed air bubbles on the back window. The shop was closing, so they told me to come back another day to fix it. I wasn’t upset—they seemed trustworthy.

They didn’t give me a receipt because for what ever reason it was broken or ran out of paper. but they just said, “Don’t worry, we’ll remember you.” I believed them. Big mistake.

When I came back recently to get the issue fixed under their 6-year warranty, they completely denied it—even if I showed a photo of their team working on my car. The manager said they couldn’t do anything about except charge half price.

I’m extremely disappointed. This shop didn’t stand by their warranty or their word. If you go here, make sure you get everything in writing. I won’t be...

Kind, honest and available. Absolutely recommended! We had an issue with our alarm system which randomly went off after locking the car. Mind you, we'd already been at our cars dealership AND another Audio System car shop without getting any useful answers, and getting crazy quotes. In less than 10 minutes Nobe found the issue and told us that there's actually no need to repair anything as there's a workaround. And he did this for FREE. I'm a student and pretty tight on money, so this was a huge deal for me and I'm very thankful to have found this shop. He could've told me that he could fix it for cheap, but instead decided to give me an absolutely honest answer even if it'd cost him...
