Purchased 7 items online and went to the store. Female who later identified as the Store Manager helped me out. I specifically stated that it was 7 items and she said there was something missing to her Female Staff. She checked and I again mentioned what I order. Since she said something was missing and she fixed it, I thought I had everything in my 2 bags. I got home and started to give my kids their Tacos. Unfortunately I only received 4 tacos Instead of 5 that I ordered. I immediately called and spoke to the same Person that helped me out. She assured me that everything was in the 2 bags. I told her that I was missing a Doritos Taco. She offered me to go back, but instead went somewhere else to get more food. Don't understand how could all the food wasn't in the bags. They only had 1 customer ahead of me inside Taco Bell and only observed another in the Drive thru. This is not the 1st incident that I had, but this needs to be reported. I dud soeak to Distric Manager (Lisa) only name given, but I feel that she didn't take this matter seriously. She said that she will speak to her Staff when she mentioned that her Store Manager had just called her before I did. Read moreDon't understand why they have a "late night drive-thru" when most of their stuff is off or "closed" as I was told tonight when trying to order different items. They asked me to park in the front, because they didn't want their timer to go up.
Okay, I get that. You want to get a good score when review time comes up, I'll give you a break, but at least get the order right. I ordered something simple, a half and half 12 pack tacos, consisting of 6 soft shell taco's and 6 hard shell taco's. What I got was 12 hard shell tacos, half being stale "Doritos" hard shells and the other were fine, regular hard shells.
The service was friendly, but if I'm going to give these guys a break on their "timer" time, then I think that I should at least get what I ordered. I usually check my order before I leave whatever dining establishment I choose to order from, it's my fault as well for not double checking their work.

We live so close to this Taco Bell and order often but lately the food quality, service and overall look of this locatio has me and my family double thinking fast food and Taco Bell in general. I recently ordered the famous fries and got what looked like someones sloppy seconds. Very disappointed. Then on another drive thru trip, I ordered two crunchy tacos and a shredded chicken burrito but received two burritos and a Nacho Cheese shell crunchy taco, and of course the last thing you want is to have to go back and tell them after your already home sitting down to eat, so we ate the burritos and was once again very disappointed to find hard, burnt rice grains in both our shredded chicken burritos. And these are just a few examples of what we've recently experienced at this establishment. Even with the renovation we will not be returning to this Taco Bell location.
