Fairhaven Village Green — Attraction in Bellingham

Great family fun...cool July summer night watching 'Mary Poppins Returns' (hosted by Jag Siddhu of Ben Kinney Realty ...also raffled prizes) ....free ice cream giveaway & before movie started, hot dog stand gave away few dozen unsold dogs...lawns well maintained to sprawl on...only downside was movie started closer to 10...most kids were asleep midway! Highly recommended at $5.00, and the open air allowed a few frugal people to watch from outside for free....opened up location completely by 10:30 pm (ssh...that's a secret)....best kept date...

Fun festival space. Frequentand fun events in the summer: live music, outdoor cinema, Steampunk Festival, and more. There are these cool wall murals of people that make it look like there are people standing around or doing things even when nobody is there--they fool me every time. Only issue is the driving and parking when there is an event happening. Ugh. Take your bike if you can. There is a terrific bike trail that spits out right...

Dec 2024: what could I say more about this beautiful, vivid, and artistic place? Fairhaven, Bellingham holds a spirit of culture, arts, friendliness, and relaxing atmosphere on its heart. Just by walking around this village and park, it was a haven/heaven to me. Local people are warm and hospitable, and they are willing to share their unique culture to visitors.
