Will not support any establishment that stands for discrimination and segregation so we will not do business here. Lost a loyal customer of many years but we will never do business with any establishment that requires vaccine passports. When a mask isn't enough to shop at your store? Found the staff very rude and with the expectation my 4 year old to wear a mask is ludicrous Reply to owner. Well you better inform your staff. Because they are rude and even with a mask asking to see a vaccine passport. Also asking my 4 year old son to wear a mask? This was 3 weeks ago. As stated prior I will never shop at your store...

This toy store is a little gem of fairhaven. My wife and kids go there at least once a week for a free craft and we buy all our presents there for friends. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My kids know the staff and I've never had a bad experience there. Plenty of demos and they have a great selection of items you generally don't see at big box stores. You will pay a little more but it's well worth it for the quality toys they have, the staff, and the free gift wrapping. I highly recommend this store and am so happy to see a toy store that spends the effort to be so local...

Went and brought my kids to the store today and was smothered and scolded like a child constantly by the staff. My four-year-old did not have a mask on .. so she requested that he wore one I didn’t mind ..I gave him a mask she said that they had to stay with the parent and they couldn’t touch anything it’s a toy store they’re small children they hovered and watch and scolded them anytime they touch something or their mask fell under their nose . The staff was rude we were scolded more than 5 times and we were simply just shopping. I won’t be back . Prices were bad...
