I LOVED this little bead shop and spent almost 2 hours in there combing through box after box of unusual beads and findings. All the while chatting with the very nice owner. I picked up some lovely coral strands, some jade, some delightfully carved mermaid beads and some unusual sterling chinese medals. The shop seems to have some really beautiful tribal beads as well. Can't wait to return for some of those.There was a beautiful display case full of a local mans hand forged pieces. I cannot remember his name unfortunately, but they were stunning. There was also a shelf of vintage "curiosities" for sale. I picked up a sweet tiny little dish that had no price tag on it and when I asked for the price, the owner gave it to me as a gift. I absolutely love this place. Most of the items I’ve only seen online and it was such a treat to see these rather rare items in person. Karen is very friendly and had a lovely conversation. If I'd known we were stopping there, (I was chauffeuring in another vehicle besides my own,) I would have dug up my broken material and donated it.
