I've just moved to town and had ran out of kratom I had been there once before and was restocking a second time before my order online showed up. I had not had a problem the previous visit but on 8/13/18 at about 12:45pm I walked in and only one younger guy was working at least that's how it appeared at the time. It wasn't do much the fact he didn't greet me when I walked in I can understand being busy with the one other customer that was in there as I'm in retail too, that's excusable. The problem I had is he acted like I didn't even exist he continued to visit with the woman that was there, and not once looked at me to say I'll be right with you. He just continued to visit, and I didn't even see or hear him talking about product to the woman. Then during my 15 minutes of standing there waiting for at least some kind of acknowlegment another guy walked in carrying a bag of food and a drink, I assume he was on break as he hesitated to walk right in front of me to the back room with out even looking in my direction, being on break I understand he's not allowed to work but for God's sake smile at someone, or nod your head as you walk by don't just stare at the ground purposely ignoring someone. You would think charging .40 cents a gram for kratom they would have more initiative to help a customer that was there to buy 6oz but no, they were more worried about food and flirting. You may think .40 cents a gram is nothing unless you know the fact like I do the average cost per gram just about any reputable online company is at most only .09 cents a gram so making 4 times the average cost is a cash cow for them especially when someone is buying in bulk with no bulk discount. The man at the counter only made eye contact or even looked in my direction after my 15 mins of being ignored I walked out the front door and he looked me over just to make sure I wasn't taking something. Your competitor's got my business that day as I walked in was greeted with a smile and walked out less than 5 mins later with what I wanted, and they got your $70 you could have made in 5mins....i won't be back, if I run out your business is not the only one in town that sells kratom, oh and you might want to reconsider your price too as I'll be sure to tell the kratom community what the real average cost is now that I've moved to the area....good luck staying in business with employees like the 2 you had working on Sunday.... peace!ā

Your response is as unprofessional as the employees working there that day, and I know and everyone else can see where they learned it from. A long time ago, I had a major issue with the store manager and it escalated quickly as she raged on to slander me. It started when I brought in a vape pen that I spent about $60: the carriages were breaking repeatedly when taken out. I spoke with the assistant manager over the phone about this and she said she could help. I explained to the manager what the assistant manager said she could do and she immediately cut me off before I could finish. The manager said that the assistant manager would never say that because their policy was...ect, ect. She proceeded to escalate the situation when I asked for her to speak to her assistant or offer an alternative solution. She literally could have given me a $2 cartridge and deescalated this. I was really shocked at her demeanour through this all because we talked many times and our dogs loved seeing each other whenever I came in. But instead she intentionally infuriated and gas lit me into revengeful rage. I opened a claim with my credit card company and after some time got this all resolved. It did not have to get to this point! She could have said sorry for the mistake/miscommunication but we can do this or that instead. I'd have walked out feeling like we both compromised to a reasonable solution. Instead she chose to escalate this and get her boss involved with Visa cc company. They also know what they're doing. If something goes wrong with anything they sell you don't bother reasonably asking if there was any way for them to rectify it, you'll likely end up banned from the store.
