This is a lovely area on the north end of the Belmar beach. It's a great place to sit and hang out and watch the boats pass through the channel. It's also a lovely spot to watch the wildlife. We've had wanders through here and found some cool birds, both on the ground and hovering above. They also have a sign on two telling you about the plants in the area. I have dedinetly been able to see small fish swimming on the sand at least 6 feet deep. I would guess one could do underwater photis in the area. Fishing in the inlet is ok.
