I was in a few minutes ago to do some shopping at this location. Lady by the name tory or torrie at the cash registers racial profile me and my daughter . While standing in line she saw me and my daughter and I could already tell she wanted nothing to do with us . She had her registers open and she had finished helping a customer . I saw this customer walk away so I stepped in to her registers think I was going to get help because her registers light was on as soon as she saw me and my daughter step forward instead of help us she walk away and told us she couldn't help us and that the other registers was open . I was buther by her behavior since I am medtech and I was wearing my scrubs I couldn't comprehend why me and my child were being treated this way . I was upset and did say to her that her behavior was kind of rude and she needed to be a little bit more professional when talking to her customer. I ended up asking the other young lady at the other cash registers for her name since I didn't know her name to beginning with and tory jump in replying with( my name is tory and my manager name is kevin) asking in a rude manner if I wanted to speak to her manager. I replied by saying yes I would like to talk to your manager. Manager was call and as I was talking to her manager she was standing infront of me laughing as if me and my daughter are some kind of joke or the whole situation was some kind of joke to her . Not only that but after I left the store i was standing outside the store and could see her and other coworker laughing at the situation making different gestures and continued to laugh even after we left the store.at this point I am going to contact corporate and if this don't get fix this then I will be forced to take...
Read moreI went into this store with my infant in her stroller. I live out of town and this is the closest ross to me, at 2.5 hours away. I grabbed some clothing items and went to the dressing rooms, they were closed, but they had some up front. The sign said "ask an associate if you need a family friendly or disability fitting room". I tried to go in the ones that were open and there was no way my stroller would fit, so I asked an associate if they could open a family friendly one for me. Was told twice that they couldn't open one. One worker told me they don't have any. Another said they were short staffed and couldn't open them. One told me to leave my stroller and baby outside the fitting room with the door cracked! Either that or just buy the clothes, go try them on at home, and return them if I need. Ridiculous. I understand being short staffed, but there were 2 associates just walking around the store stocking shelves. Surely one of them could have opened a fitting room for me. I only gave 2 stars because the store was clean and well organized, and one of the associates was rather friendly. Just absolutely no help for a new mama trying...
Read moreThis time my friend and I visited the store on the south end of Bend. Like the store on the way north side of Bend it has a wide variety of things in many different price ranges. I didn't buy anything this time but my friend spent $88.00 replacing several storage bowls that she needed for her kitchen plus she has already started her Christmas shopping. They have just about everything from tools to toys and a whole lot lot more. My friend and I can and do often spend quite ba long while in whichever of the stores that we go to. The only thing that I don't like is that they have the carts fixed so they you can't take them out of the store. I guess that saves all of us some money because no one has to go out to pick up carts and they can't be easily stollen but it's a bit of a hassle when one has to take a bunch of stuff out to their car. You can only take them bag by bag. Hopefully your bags...
