Purchased a couch and love seat from Cleoâs. Paid to have it delivered. When it was delivered, there was a tear on the side and one recliner wouldnât stay up. It was noted on the delivery so they ordered another one. Brought it out and didnât think to check it. Well that recliner didnât stay up either. Called Cleoâs and since it wasnât noted on the delivery they wouldnât pick it back up, wanted me to bring it or pay to have to brought back to them and pay to have it redelivered. After months going back and forth, the manager Sean told me to wait until the factory warranty was up and file a claim with the extended warranty I purchased and said they would pay to have it picked up if it couldnât be fixed on site. So I did. When I filed the claim it was denied because it was a manufactured warranty. After I finally got someone to help me get it to them, they ordered another couch. When it came in I checked it before I left and it still didnât work properly. My love seat and the other side of the recliner all work great, just one side of the recliner wonât stay up. When I asked if I could get a store credit and just get something else I was told no. I will never buy from Cleoâs again. Not only is their furniture junk but their customer service...

A few weeks ago, I stopped by while searching for some furniture. Though I didnât purchase anything at that time, Chase took the time to walk me through everything, including the Fourth of July sales and available options. After checking out other stores, I decided to return â and Iâm so glad I did.
When I came back this week, Chase once again went above and beyond. As a single mom with a very energetic three-year-old in tow, I truly appreciated his patience and attentiveness. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Not only that, but he also made accommodations for my father, who has a disability, by bringing the paperwork out to the car so he wouldnât have to come inside.
Chase was respectful, courteous, and extremely helpful. He didnât pressure us like a typical salesperson â he genuinely wanted to help. Because of him, the entire furniture-buying experience was easy and even enjoyable.
Honestly, I think Chase deserves a raise. Heâs definitely one of your best, and Iâll absolutely recommend your store to others because of the care he showed...
