Throwback Cuts Barbershop — Local services in Benton

Great atmosphere and love the sports themed shop. And there seems to be some great talent there. The problem is my son and I were left sitting for over 30 minutes the night before, only to be told that we needed to make an appointment for the next day. This should habe been done when we walked in. But we made the appointment for 2:00 pm the next day. We arrived just before two and our barber had just taken a new client and told us my son would be next. In the mean time somone he apparently knew (because was talking with her as he worked in the client he took ahead of us) came in as he was just about to finish the client we had been waiting on for about 35 minutes. As he finished up the client another barber was leaving and instead of taking my son he asked the leaving barber if he would stay for one more. And instead if talking us after we waited for over 30 minutes (twice now) hr asked us if it would be alright if the other barber could cut my son's hair. At that point I was offended. Why would we make an appointment come back then wait all that time just to have him decide he'd rather do someone else's hair. It was our turn.
