McClendon's Appliance — Attraction in Benton

I bought a washer, a dryer, and two matching pedestals on November 7, 2024. My dryer arrived cosmetically damaged and the installer said the pedestals could not be attached because they did not match my washer and dryer. By the time all the problems were sorted out, the installation was completed on April 3, 2025, nearly 5 months from the time I ordered them. They gave me numerous excuses on why my pedestals took so long to arrive and no one called when they did arrive. In fact, I had to initiate almost all contact with McClendon’s as they do not return calls. Most of the folks at McClendon’s are polite and friendly and Roger is a topnotch Service Technician. There was so much more detail I could have included but Google limits the amount of text allowed in a review. How can I continue to support this local business after my experience? My recommendation is, find somewhere else to buy...

I am very happy with the customer service of the salesman and the delivery. After our washing machine died I went to Home Depot to check what they had. What they had was a lot of floor models, but none of them were in stock. I was shocked!! I asked if it was just the model I wanted, he said no, they only carry one model, the cheapest one there. I can not wait over a week to do laundry. I found McClendon's Appliance on Google and called them to see if they had anything in stock. Glen said "we have all our floor models in stock". We bought a washer and dryer from this gentleman, we looked at the same washer and dryer at other stores, but this company threw in the wire, and hoses, and delivered for cheaper than anyone, i will 100% come back here for any appliances i need, and always friendly, as i came in later and bought a cord from the gentleman and told him what i had, and needed the other type wire for the dryer he sold us, as we moved to a home, out of an apartment he knew exactly what i needed, even though i had no clue, just knew there was a different wire, and was very friendly, knew the price, and everything, can't say enough about...
