18 Things to Do in Berkeley, Bay Area 🚂 No Time for Boredom Allowed

My favorite farmers market in the Bay Area by far! It is not the biggest but it is extremely will curated and has excellent vendors. Also I am biased and my company happens to have a chocolate booth here. I have done many other markets years past and this is the only market where they regularly audit our business invoices & receipts to make sure that we are fully organic and selling what we claim to be selling. The fact that they do this for all the vendors at the market gives me extra trust in the quality of farmers, vendors and food purveyors at the market, as I know they are all getting vetted for quality!

Here are the food I was impressed by. - Ethiopian Roasted Coffee They Roast coffee beans by hand on site, and coffee was very smooth because they make it in clay pot. - Cacoco Drinking Chocolates Drinking Chocolates was creamy and super aromatic. It was nice to enjoy these foods in the cozy park nearby:)

Beautiful and clean organized and neat other things that came tomorrow and today looking through their farmers market. Coming from San Francisco it’s always great to see other Saturday market and enjoy them in the fresh air open environment. But the price is no way Jose. Somehow Berkeley has taken the inclination that San Francisco prices are the standard which is so not true simple items such as a apple turnover priced at $5.50 half the size of the San Francisco item I’ll keep my pastries and my money were it benefits me thank you for the...

I have loved and shopped this market since moving here in 1997! Farmers get all my money instead of a grocery store paying them a percentage. Produce is the freshest here, and there’s more organic than other farmers markets. Plus I get to meet the farmers and ask questions, learn about new fruits and veggies I’ve never tried or don’t know how to cook. An added plus is eating seasonally, instead of produce that’s been refrigerated for months or grown in artificial settings. All the best...
