iResurrect Repairs — Attraction in Berkeley

Aashish was fast, helpful, and skilled when it came to repairing my brother-in-law's Logitech speakers. I described the probable issue and dropped off the speakers, with the understanding that Aashish would take a look at any loose wiring, but stop if he suspected the job would be more complicated (e.g., repairing the motherboard). He texted me a couple of times during the afternoon as he did the diagnosis, and initially it sounded like the problem would be more complicated/expensive than he could fix and than I wanted to pay. But then I got another text that the problem was with the wiring in the control unit, not the speaker itself. Boom! He fixed it and I picked it up that same day. Aashish even carried out the speaker to the car (which I really appreciated, because I have a bum right wrist). From start to finish, I got my speakers back in 5 hours (whereas I had budgeted 5-7 days), and for an extremely fair/reasonable price. My BIL was surprised/happy, my husband was impressed/surprised, and I was hella proud that I got the issue fixed with this amount of time/money. The fixed speakers came in extremely handy at my BIL's wedding at the Brazilian Room ... the previous room occupants accidentally took some crucial wires, with the result that we couldn't use the provided microphone and speakers ... but since we had brought a back-up mike AND THESE SPEAKERS, we were still able to have speeches and dancing. Sheesh. I should say, Aa-shish. Thanks dude, you were a HUGE help. Will definitely remember...

This place has to have the laziest employee I've ever come across. I brought my nintendo switch in because the screen display wasn't working and the employee tells me that the issue is probably this one wire being disconnected. He tells me that he should be able to fix it and get it back to me in 2-3 business days. After 3 business days, not only had I not recieved a call or text, but I tried calling the number and it said they were closed, even though they were open. So I walk over to ask and I see some other guys walk in about a camera, whom he shuns away immediately (even though the issue seemed pretty minor, he refused to take even a look at it). I walked in and he tells me that he checked that single issue he thought it could be and it wasn't that so he doesn't know what to do. Didn't even try to check for anything else that could've been causing the issue, just gave up. Worst experience I've ever had with a lazy employee. Employees like this are what ruin the job market because it completely devalues people who will put...

I had a great experience with iResurrect -- they fixed my phone quickly and cheaply, and they were extremely friendly throughout the process.

I had cracked the camera on my phone (Nexus 5X), and Aashish ordered the parts to fix it right away. After replacing the exterior cracked camera lens, we discovered that the interior components were damaged as well, which kept the camera from focusing. Aashish ordered additional replacement parts for no additional charge, and had it fixed within about 30 minutes after I arrived, all for the original quoted price. I will happily return to iResurrect the next time I have a phone issue, which hopefully won't be for a long time!

They also sell a wide range of phones, other electronics, and accessories, so I'll probably check them out next time I'm looking to buy or try...
