American Tobacco Plus — Attraction in Berlin Charter Township

I purchased a cigarette machine, When I got home I opened it and it was broken. So I went back and I was only gone for 1 hour. I wanted to exchange it for one that worked. Because lets face it if you buy something and are unable to use it because it is defective then they should make it right. They did not. I was told I had to send it in for warranty. So I had to go to a different place to purchase one that worked. So do not waste your money or time with this place. they should take care of their customers so they return. But they don't. 0 stars for this grap hole...

I started frequenting this smoke shop after the one on Gibraltar, by Kroger, didn't want to replace a $15 grinder a week after I bought it, because it broke. American Tobacco happens to have cheaper prices, anyway. The only downside is, SOMETIMES, they don't have the store open when they're supposed to be. Other than that......

Friendly staff, amazing selection! Don't let the outer appearance of this building fool you; it's small, but inside, you'll find an inventory rivaling even the bigger shops! This is my favorite place to get products relating to smoking, and I feel comfortable coming here...
