He emailed me back saying he would do some sort of a discount, for both phones. So when the day came around, for me to be able to fix the iphone 6, I brought the phone in to him, and he said okay, sounds good I mentioned the email, and he said I remember yes, so I said okay I will come back the next day to pick it up because I came in an hour before he closed. But the next day I couldn't pick it up so I called saying I would pick it up the day after and he said okay. So I went in the next day, and he wasn't even finished with it! He said I just need 20 more minutes go walk around the mall or something. And I said I can't because my mom had a doctor's appointment and we were running other errands together in the same car, so we could spend time with each other, but before I left I checked with him again in person about the discount and he said yes, so mind you guys thats twice that he said yes in person, and another in email. So, we went to her doctor appt, then she dropped me off at the apartment so I could start dinner cleaning etc. and she went to get the phone I told her before she left to mention me so he would still honor the discount but but he never did! He said it was $59 plus she got an knock off of the otterbox case that he was selling and she was able to take off $5 off the case, but he was suppose honor the discount for the phone not the case. They charged me $300 for a screen and back camera fix, with that kind of cost I was expecting a decent repair job. Boy was I wrong! Over the course of three stops to the shop and they still couldn't correct their problems, the first time they replaced my screen and ordered the back camera. The screen wasn't properly placed so the light would shine through on the sides where the home button is. When I went back in for my camera to be fixed I told them about it and they said they'd fix it and told me it would take an hour, it ended up taking them 3 and a half hours and not only did they not fix my screen but they lost the piece to my camera! They misplaced the piece and put plastic in replace of it until the next "order" came in. The last time I went in, I was expecting just a simple camera fix (I gave up on the screen at this point). They took my phone and said they'd have it done in an hour, when I came back they gave me my phone and told me to have a nice day. It wasn't until I was home that I took a closer look to my back camera and saw all the scratches and dents on the lense! I couldn't focus on anything and everything is completely foggy. I never knew service could be so horrible!
