We went last night for the Neil Young movie. Really disappointed that they didn't bother to open the food or concession stand, there was nothing to eat and we had hoped to catch a bite before the show (sandwich, hot dog, something?). We had enjoyed food like that during the outdoor concerts this past summer. There was just one young lady at the front desk who was too engrossed in her phone to help much. The very small bar was open so we got to buy a very stale, nasty bucket of popcorn, two waters, and a box of hot tamales for dinner for the ridiculous price of $18.50. I was hoping for better, definitely wanted to enjoy this venue. It was pouring out and parking wasn't in close proximity or we could have gone elsewhere on campus, but didn't really have time as it was within an hour of showtime. Read moreThe employees don't see to be well informed. When calling to ask a question about a showing I had tickets for, I was told that it was cancelled and I could switch my ticket to another night. Then I got a call back in 10 min to tell me it wasn't cancelled. I was also told by the ticket taker that we weren't allowed in until the showtime and then they started letting people in 45 before showtime. Also, the audio was very messed up for the previews.
