The Steel Pub Sports Bar and Grille — Restaurant in Bethlehem

So I decided to try something different tonight. The idea of all you can eat wings at the Steel Pub sounded tempting. I'd like to think of myself as a wing connoisseur. (I literally eat wings four times a month, sue me 😂) Scratch that, I'm a connoisseur of all foods. I figured since its all you can eat wings they were going to be "ight" but damn. These wings were trash bruh! First of all the texture. It was rough/tough AF. You really gotta fight with these wings. Its like they cooked the wings too fast. The sauce was gross. 😷 It just didn't taste right. Sweet & sweaty was meh at best. The garlic parm was disgusting. It didn't taste like garlic & there was no taste of parm. Their teriyaki didn't taste remotely close to teriyaki. The only sauce that was okay was the blueberry habanero. Its passable. I would hope their other food is good but seriously, how do you make bad wings? I got my money's worth though. I stomached through it and ate 50 wings. All in all, if my ex was starving to death, I wouldn't even feed these to her. I wouldn't give these to my worst enemy. The absolute best crispy buffalo chicken wrap you will ever have. Just ask for ranch instead of blue cheese with the wrap(if you prefer it but I recommend the ranch). Trivia nights are always a blast and the bar tenders are great personalities and chat with you on nights that aren’t as busy. On weekend and event nights there is always an entertaining show. The owner does a great job of booking solid acts that most audiences can enjoy. And last but certainly not least the prices aren’t completely outrageous. It’s not the cheapest place around but it’s still affordable(most of the menu items) and is worth every penny in the end if you find something you love. Only negative is some of the food is hit or miss. But once you know the things you like from here you’ll always want to go...

We were looking for a local place with a casual atmosphere and bar food. Food was great as was the service. We were enjoying our stay until a waiter dropped a full tray of drinks on the floor near our table. He proceeded to mop up the mess which did nothing but spread the mess around. Instead of continuing to mop someone thought it would be a great ideal to get an industrial size fan to dry the floor. No consideration given. No thought taken. The cold air was blowing on us.
