Belle en Blanc hands down went above and beyond! When I saw my dream dress on Hailey Paige’s Instagram I knew that every dress I would try on until I could actually try THAT dress on would never hold a candle to the wind. The closest bridal shop who had this gown in stores was in Salt Lake City. I drove down with my mother in law and bridesmaids to finally try “on” my dream dress! After a humiliating experience of not fitting into their sample gown at this bridal shop in Salt Lake City and then having this gown strapping to just to the front side of me with clips and rubber bands around my backside with my entire backside exposed for the world to see in nothing but my underwear. I left my appointment completely embarrassed and hysterically crying from being so humiliated! Three months past by still hunting for THE dress after my horrible experience in Salt Lake I was extremely discouraged I would ever find a dress I truly loved. When getting a massage one morning my massage therapist told me about Belle en Blanc in Billings and how they carried Hailey Paige’s Blush line and told me that is where she found her wedding dress, but told me it would be worth a phone call to see if Belle en Blanc could at least order my wedding gown for me even though it was from a completely different line of Hailey Paige’s. Taryn is such a gem, within 24 hours after calling her to see if she could get me THE dress she had contacted her rep, figured out the pricing, and we were ordering THE dress. Six months later, I drove from Bozeman to Billings for my first fitting. I was a nervous wreck, I had never actually tried “on” my wedding dress! I began to panic, and expressed that I felt like I was about to go on a blind date with not just any wedding dress, but MY wedding dress! Geri, reassured me that the gown was absolutely stunning and I would love it! Geri is such a talented seamstress and completely nailed every alteration I wanted to make! Because of these two woman they made 9 months of stress completely dissipate in one phone call! My childhood dreams of what my wedding dress would look like was made possible by these AMAZING woman! Belle En Blanc is an amazing Bridal Shop. The day I went to Belle En Blanc was a fairytale. The first time I walked in I saw “my “dress in the back it was sparkly and beautiful .!! in my heart I knew I couldn’t afford it. Vicky was amazing right from the start !!We had an hour , I told her my style and I pointed to the dress in the back and said something like , maybe just a little more in my price range. She helped me try on10 different dresses ,she was so knowledgeable about each one . She made it so fun with my family and friends while being professional. After every dress I tried on I compared it to the one in the back. I finally tried it on it was magic!! It fit perfectly and I felt like a Princess.That’s when Vicky told me they were paying for my dress. We all cried , it was one of the best days of my life!!!. Let me tell u about those two amazing lady's . Taryn who owns Belle en Blanc is beautiful inside and out, she goes to big city to bring one of a kind dresses to Billings.So we get gorgeous , top notch quality dresses for reasonable prices. She also has amazing style.Her shop is always full of the latest tends weather it’s bridal hats or Jean jackets. She goes and beyond to make her brides happy. She is so sweet inside and out. Vicky was like I said so knowledgeable when I was trying on the dresses, she is so beautiful and always welcoming with her amazing smile. She makes you feel like u are the only bride. She has a heart of Gold. She goes above and Beyond even holding my 4 month old at my fitting . She is kind and is so awesome at her job. I promise u won’t regret buying anything from them. Its a warm atmosphere as soon as u walk in, they are ready to help with a smile .Plus you are shopping Local!! I have referred a lot of my friends there. All I can say is they are pretty amazing ! I’d like to nickname this store the “NO RECORD AND NO REFUND” store!

Vicky and Taryn started off friendly. But I’m not so sure now.

I told them I needed a junior size dress for my 10 year old sister, who is not over size by any means, I gave them her measurements and Vicky had to comment that she is 30 years old and doesn’t even wear that big of a dress. As far as that goes, I told them to order a junior size... well they didn’t and of course had “NO RECORD” of that and told me it was my fault. My 19 year old, soon to be, sister in law, tried that dress on and swam in it. They wouldn’t take it back nor give me a refund!

My fiancé has 3 groomsmen I was there when Taryn measured my fiancé, my Fiancé was there when they measured his Best Man, and I called and gave them the other two measurements. One of the groomsman had called to give them his payment information and they had NO RECORD of our wedding party. 10 minutes later they called back saying, ohhhh we found it, how much was that tux you were going to pay for???” THEY DIDN’T EVEN KNOW HOW MUCH THEY CHARGED FOR THEIR OWN RENTAL TUX!!!

I had to cancel my wedding due to COVID, so I told Taryn that they can just forget about having to order any tux and that they can just refund one of the guys back since the tux haven’t even been ordered.

Guess what Taryn said!!!! I have NO RECORD of any of their measurements or that anyone has paid for their tux.

Good thing the groomsman had proof of payment and was able to get his money back because they sure didn’t have ANY RECORD of his payment information or the day he paid for it.

The dresses are nice but this shop is VERY UNORGANIZED!!!!

I definitely do NOT recommend shopping here!
