Never met an establishment with nicer employees. If you want the best bubble tea in billings then you go here! While waiting for your drink(they have more than boba like hot chocolate, regular tea(iced/hot/with or without milk), different sweeteners(vegan options), and I think there was lemonade too) you can sit reading books which you can buy to finish at home. There are lots of comfy places to sit, and they have plenty of events like game nights, author meets, book clubs. It's a really great place here in billings. This bookstore is a co-op, and I feel lucky to be able to own a little piece of it! Although the selection is not as large as you would find at a bigger store, it is clear that every book has been selected by an actual person, not an algorithm (and the variety of regional-interest and Indigenous titles is probably better than at most bigger stores!). There are also fun gift items, toys, games, and tea to round out the offerings. The staff are lovely, and even when I have been looking for an esoteric book, they have done everything they can to help me find it, even if that has on occasion meant relinquishing business to another...
