I hate to write negative reviews for any business, but my experience at Wise Wonders this morning was truly less than enjoyable.
There were quite a few people there around 10:30-11:00 already, but around 11:00, about 30 or so extra and older kids showed up for a “filled trip.” The one working was approached and asked about the influx of kids. Her response was rude and condescending stating it is posted on the Wise Winders Facebook page and posted at the front of their building. I have to say, some people believe it or not, do not have Facebook currently or at all. I have also not been to Wise wonders in months due to my work schedule. Aside from this, the common courtesy of empathy/ kindness was not shown from the staff which makes the entire situation much worse.
Truly, the field trip kids were going wild and for someone who has a two year old, it was uncomfortable. How can so many kids be managed? To be honest if there is a field trip, Wise Wonders should be closed to the public for that timeframe. I honestly lost my son several times because there were way too many kids in the building.
Sadly, due to the behavior of the staff, I do not feel that we will renew our membership when it comes time. The field trip influx was one thing, but if the staff was kinder (customer service) and acknowledged maybe where myself and other parents were coming from, I likely wouldn’t be witting this review; however, I refuse to support poor customer service.
The times I have been before this were great, but this one negative experience has sealed the deal for me. At the least, I hope the staff is spoken with regarding how to improve their...
Read moreThis children’s museum has a lot of cute features. The water table, grocery store, and doctor area are a hit with my child. However, the past few times we’ve gone it’s been a mess. A lot of the stations are missing pieces, toys aren’t put away, and we usually get sick after visiting. When wise wonders was at the old location, they had a staff member coming to help clean up areas that needed assistance. The entire 2hrs we were there last weekend I did not see one staff member come by and help clean or sanitize. I still appreciate having this in the community, but hope staff can be more hands on when it comes to cleaning, organizing, and sanitizing. To be clear, my child and I cleaned up after we played at our stations, but many other families did not.. and that’s where it would be helpful for staff to come help clean...
Read moreMy daughter and son-in-law rented Wise Wonder for my granddaughter's 3rd B-day. They paid $125.00 plus $75.00 for after hours. After getting there, I believe they are in the process of moving to their new location, the place didn't seem set up all the way. The gal working that day was worthless, no help what so ever, she complained that their was a party ahead of us and after us. She DID NOT explain anything, she played on the computer almost the whole time we where there, in fact I took a picture of her playing on the computer. Part of my granddaughter party was suppose to have some kind of experiment for the kids. And guess what she did nothing no experiment NOTHING. Not worth the money they charged my kids. I'm glad my granddaughter had fun. BUT don't go here...
