Souvenir City — Attraction in Biloxi

Myself, niece (age 9) and my daughter (age 10) went into this shop today and had a great experience. We got back to our Airbnb and realized the shirt my niece got was to small- we went back to exchange it and where told no they wouldn’t do that because of all the thief’s they have. We didn’t want our money back just a swap for a bigger size. He asked how helped us at the register and I explained the lady had a nose ring and blonde hair- he told me that he didn’t have a blonde working for him. I was frustrated and completely humiliated in front of my niece and daughter as he finally agreed to look at the camera footage. Sure enough a blonde lady check us out as we clearly purchased my shirt, my daughter’s necklace and “the sweatshirt.” No apology was given- just a “go get the other size and bring it up here.” As we left no apology no acknowledgment of lack of customer service- it was mortifying.

I would spend my money somewhere else unless you want to be treated...

This review is for Feb 28, 2022 while down visiting friends and family, and I brought someone new to the coadt area, so wee needed a few things to take back.

As far as souvenir shops goes, this is a good store with a lot of variety. The sister store is "Sharkheads" a little further east down the coast in Biloxi, and we stopped in there as well.

The staff was friendly here and check out was easy. We spent over 150, so it was easy getting a large bag that comes with it when you spend so much.

All and all it's a good shop for souvenirs and don't forget to take a pic with the alligator and say hi...

The store was clean and organized. It was a little crowded because of the layout, but not to where you couldn't get around. The employees didn't really pay me any mind, barely even looked in my direction. I'm not sure if they were busy, didn't notice me, or just didn't care. They do have a pretty decent selection, but not my favorite souvenir shop in the area. I would visit again, but probably only if I didn't find what I was looking for at The Shark Head across the street (though I've heard rumors that they are owned by the same people). Regardless, not...
